Housing benefit stopped

ESA benefit department have put my claim on hold and I have not received any benefits since last year. We have completed all the relevant forms having receive receipts from the agency as verification only to be told at a later date that these have now been lost. The current situation is that our Hosing Benefit has been put on hold until the ESA claim has been sorted out. However we are currently having callers from the housing department and I am concerned that we will be evicted. I have 5 children and am worried that we may become homeless. I really need advise of how this can be rectified,can you help with welfare benefits?

Hi i am 17 & half old British national & my husband is 22 old we have married about 6 months ago he was on student visa soon after marriage his visa has expired. Now i want to know how can he gets a legal status back any suggestion? can you help with immigration matters if he can which basis?
